Sales Reflexes

Amidst the backdrop of growing global competition, engineers are being asked to do more and more.  Today's lean technology company cannot afford the resources it enjoyed in the past.  This means that engineers have to wear many hats.  They need to "bring home the bacon" as well as "fry it up in the pan." 

PrecisionMBA are engineers who successfully made the transition to sales years ago.  We have 15 years of customer contact experience and hundreds of sales calls under our belt.  We have made the big sale and the small one. We know what works and what doesn't. 

This innovative program is tailored to those engineers pressed into sales and customer contact tasks.  The program is designed to bring a simple structure to the sales process with easy to recall imagery, transition, and action points.  The program will ease anxiety, add confidence, and improve the productivity of engineers in the sales role.  Widely held sales myths are debunked this is a fun and practical approach. 

The Sales Reflexes for Engineers program is comprised of the following parts:

1.  Meeting with company management to determine the individual goals of the program.
2.  Scheduling of Sales Reflexes for Engineers Seminar - (approx. 4 hours)
3.  Weekly follow-up with individualized coaching sessions.  This is key to the success of the service.  Most sales seminars are retained for a couple days and then forgotten.  The crux of this service is constant contact to keep employees focused, on-track, and motivated.
4.  Monthly meetings with management to report progress toward goals.

1.  New-hire, or new-to-job Sales Engineers who need a jump-start.
2.  Applications Engineers and Inside Sales Engineers - because "everybody sells."
3.  Design and development engineers who are pressed into customer contact and sales roles.
