Innovate or Die

We have all heard the new mantra in the face of accelerating global competition, “innovate or die.”  We also believe that what is making you money now will not be what is making you money in five years - things are changing that fast.  So what are you doing about it?  Pumping more money into R&D?  Putting couches in your break-rooms?  This is all fine, but what are you doing to stimulate ideas?

  1. You contact us and we study up on your technology and market.  If we think we can make a contribution, we’ll setup an appointment for our presentation.  We will have no contact until we present our seminar so as not to prejudice our program.
  2. We take your technology and marketplace and stretch it bigger and compress it smaller, make it faster, and then slower, make it hardware, and then virtual, turn it inside out and upside down.  We are technologists, but we look at it from every angle with a naïve outsider’s point of view - a point of view that you don't have.
  3. We encapsulate this in an interactive presentation that asks all the questions about your technology and market – all the whys?, what ifs?, why don’t you? and why did you?  The idea is to get all of your people to re-examine their reasoning and spur them on to new approaches to existing problems.  It is a string of insanity woven together by a fine thread of logic.
  4. The seminar will also intersperse motivating examples of engineering feats and successful innovation.  Concrete examples of real people being real extraordinary.
